Welcome to the Rover Unleashed family! We’re so excited to welcome you and your beloved pet. Below is a detailed guide to our on-boarding process. If you have any questions, let us know!

Review and docsign the Owner Agreement & Liability Waiver in the “Contracts and Agreements” folder in your account.

We will need a copy of your dog’s current vaccination records from your veterinarian prior to your dog’s evaluation appointment. To save time, you may upload the records directly into your account under “File Uploads”. If you would rather not upload your vaccination records online, just email them to info@roverunleashed.com. Required vaccinations include Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella.

Set up your dog’s evaluation appointment: Once you have set up your Rover Unleashed online account, please call us at 224-285-9090 to set up an evaluation. This evaluation is about 20 minutes and is used to assess whether our open play environment is right for your dog. The session is conducted onsite by our experienced Canine Coaches. Your dog will join our staff members in the evaluation room to see how they respond to being away from you. Your dog’s comfort level around other dogs will be evaluated by bringing in a few dogs one at a time into a small play area. Our staff will discuss what they learned about your dog during the evaluation with you. If your dog is not yet comfortable in an open play environment, our staff will provide recommendations to help you prepare your dog to be a part of the Rover Unleashed pack.
